This waterfall is located in Jatimulyo Village, Girimulyo Subdistrict, Kulon Progo. This natural waterfall has three "kedung" (ponds), which are level-shaped and have clear blue water.

Here you can take pictures while swimming in one of the pond which is about 4 feet deep. For those of you who just want to enjoy the natural atmosphere, Kedung Pedut also provides a place to relax. Kedung Pedut provides facilities for tourists including public toilets, chairs, towers / bridges, parking area and local food stalls. No need to worry about entrance prices, because it is quite affordable, which is around IDR 5,000 - IDR 10,000 per person.

The Route from Yogyakarta City to Kedung Pedut Waterfall

The route to Kedung Pedut can of course be easily accessed. From the Yogyakarta, you can start the journey to the west untill you found the intersection of Godean road. Continue driving until it leads to the Godean Traditional Market. From here you can driving pass the Progo bridge. You can continue to head to a crossroad called Bangjo Nanggulan, from here drive along to pass the Kenteng Traditional Market.
The trip will feel uphill to the mountains, and turn right into Goa. After that, you will pass the Jonggrangan Traditional Market. Take a left turn to the direction of the Kembang Soka waterfall, and turn left again to reach the Kedung Pedut parking lot.
